the nikki of champions
a few weeks ago, my sister and i played with this 'slogan making' program on the internet. what you do is you type in your name and click the enter button. a second later you get your own personal slogan. i cheated and put it my name a few times (maybe four or five times)until i got the best sounding slogan for me. the best for me was 'the nikki of champions' :-).. it reminds me of a cigarette but i like it still. my father had a funny one..smart.beautiful.eliseo. hehe also, oh! what a feeling, eliseo. hehe we still tease him with his slogan until today.

for the first time in my life (yes, since the day i was born up to this present day), i was awarded a medal. no, two medals. :-) i was very happy about it. it's not an academic achievement medal..it's more like a 'sudoku and crossword puzzle champ' medal/s. im a geek. hehe JPIA was holding it's JPIA activities for the summer, two weeks ago. there were quiz bowls and badminton and poster making contests. there was a sudoku and crossword puzzle contest too, so i joined. eventhough both contests was in conflict with my summer class schedule, i sneaked out of the room just to participate in the (olympic)games. because of the extra effort i put in (by sneaking out) God must have blessed me. hehe. i arrived at the umm arena and found out that i was the only contestant, haha. so some of the JPIA officials decided to join so that i will have some opponents in the sudoku game. ten minutes later two legitimate contestants arrived. and so the games began. easy round, 10 minutes time. i finished first! then another lady turned in her paper after me. average level round, 8 minutes time. i finished first! nobody else was able to finish a puzzle within the 8 minutes time. so that made me the champion. hehe it was easy victory. the crossword puzzle was quite easy too..good thing it wasnt one of those puzzles that cebu daily news prints lately (their puzzles are very hard, especially the three letter words!!) i won again. :-) when i returned to my room 40 minutes later mr. yu gave an exam. but its alright. :) i couldnt wait to get my hands on my very first medal you know. sensya na..first time man gud.
