my back hurts!!! i drove for a total of 7 hours maybe. driving from talisay to medellin that consisted of only 2 stops took about 4 hours. two days later, the drive back home took a little over 3 hours. i think i have a back problem now. my spine feels weak and it ached last night. i feel like i have not been getting enough rest for the past few days.
i also feel like a cold is coming my way.
