first allowance

i spent my first pay (actually an allowance) on shoes. i bought two pairs of shoes that i really liked. before, it takes me less than 20 minutes to purchase an item, but now.. i guess it's coz im spending my own money.. i took a longer time looking for the items to buy. and you really have to think about whether you really need those. (i really really need the shoes, for work too! hehe) i still have blouses anyway courtesy of mama mia. from now on, i wont be asking money from my parents anymore.. except of course on emergencies.

my father almost won the lottery jackpot! hehe he was so frustrated..only one number..instead of 25, his number was 27 (or was it the other way around?) anyway, he still has a consolation prize for the five correct digits. still, if all the digits were correct..i think the prize was 4 point something million that day..he would be able to pay off all debts!! i thought it was kind of funny..so close at winning the jackpot. maybe God thought that my father can't handle such amount yet. my father spends so much on the lotto, he has 6 combinations so that's 60 pesos and i think he bets everyday (365 days), well if the 6/45 or 6/49 is everyday. im not really sure. basta he bets on the 6 digit games. it's a waste of money, to me..but he says that if he misses one day at betting and at that day his number combinations win..tsk tsk..he'll be very very very frustrated.
